If you require a FREE collection of your Ink & Toner cartridges, then please use our New Collection Request Form Link on this website on the left of the screen.

This form needs to be sent to us for all collections, however small. This is to comply with Waste Transfer Regulations, and gives our volunteers a receipt, for the items they will be collecting and giving direct to the Registered Charities.

We aim to answer all emails and arrange FREE collections within 24 hours of receiving them.

We are happy to take all cartridges in there original plastic and cardboard packaging, to again save you money on the disposal of these items. We can re-use these for packaging of the cartridges to protect them whilst they are being transported to the Registered Charities.

The original foil or plastic bags should be used, if still available, to cover toner cartridges to prevent any spillage of toner whilst in transport. This helps us protect not only our volunteers, but the recycling companies who process these on behalf of the Registered Charities. Your assistance with this is greatfully appreciated.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT WE NO LONGER ACCEPT TONER BOTTLES AS THESE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED BY ANY OF THE REGISTERED CHARITY WE DONATE TO!
